Tutory Refund Policy

Below describes our policies for issuing refunds.

Conditions for refund

1.  Non-Access to Services: If you have paid for a service but are unable to access it due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

2.  Duplicate Charges: In the event of being charged more than once for the same service due to a processing error.

Process for Requesting a Refund

1.   Login to your Tutory account

2.   Go to "Settings" by clicking the button at the top

3.   In the Settings page, click on "Support"

4.   In the support page, send us a message including the reason for refund in detail. If your message is purposely vaugue or short, we cannot help you. 

Non-refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

1.  Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer want or need the service after accessing it.

2.  Account Misuse or Unauthorized use: If the service was used in a manner that violates our Terms of Service or was accessed by someone not authorized by the account holder.

3.  Outside The Refund Window: Requests made more than 4 days after the transaction date will not be refunded

4.  Subjective Dissatisfaction: If the dissatisfaction is based on personal preference or subjective interpretations that do not reflect a failure on our part to deliver the promised service.

Tutory reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. We encourage our users to review it periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of these terms.
